Are your products authentic?

Yes. Premium Brand FZE is an official distributor of EGAN Italy in the GCC, and our products are sourced through authorized channels.

How long does UAE delivery take?

Most UAE orders arrive within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Returns/exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original packaging.

Do you offer gift-ready packaging?

Many of our products are ideal for gifting and arrive in premium presentation. 

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

• Currently, we do not offer COD. We accept secure online payments.

Can I pay with Tabby?

• Yes, Tabby is available at checkout for eligible orders.
  

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll help with replacement or refund.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships. You can also use Track Order from the top menu.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

• Yes to all GCC countries within 3 to 7 days .
