Return conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)

Any free gifts or bundled items must be returned together (if applicable)
What can’t be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

Items returned without original packaging

Clearance/Final Sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on assessment.
Refunds
