Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery .

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Items must include original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)

  • Any free gifts or bundled items must be returned together (if applicable)

What can’t be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance/Final Sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on assessment.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
